Josiah grew up in Lexington, KY. Before coming to work at Perry, Perry & Perry, Josiah served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Justice Edward T. Brady at the North Carolina Supreme Court. Josiah has been a member of the Perry law firm since September 2008.
Josiah’s practice focuses primarily on Civil Litigation, including medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, personal injury, auto accidents, products liability and other forms of civil litigation. Josiah also handles matters in State and Federal Court involving Criminal Defense, Criminal Appeals, Domestic Relations and other areas. Josiah is also on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit CJA Panel and handles appellate matters before that Court.
Josiah and his wife Lindsay and their three children live in Kinston. They are very active in their church (Grace Fellowship) and in several local ministries and organizations.
